1. What goes into creating our shoes?

Our shoes are meticulously handcrafted using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Skilled artisans begin by selecting the finest quality materials, including soft leather with double cushioning and suede lining beneath our Kolhapuris and Mules to provide that extra comfort. Each piece is carefully cut and stitched together to create the basic structure of the shoe.

2. Which materials do you use for your shoes?

• Our Juttis are made using genuine leather and our Kolhapuris and Mules are made using vegan leather. The embroideries are done using traditional and modern patterns using techniques such as threadwork, beadwork, and sequin embellishments, aari and zardozi embroidery. This process requires precision and attention to detail, as each stitch contributes to the overall beauty of the design.
• Once the embroidery is complete, the shoes undergo a finishing process to ensure durability and comfort. The soles are attached, and any final touches are made to perfect the fit and appearance of the shoe.
• All our embroideries are done using high quality fabrics and high grade materials.

All our products are crafted in India.

1. Do all the sizes have the same fit?

We make all our shoes in standard sizes, but some customers prefer a size larger, especially for our Juttis. If you're buying Juttis, it's a good idea to go one size up. For other shoes, your regular size should be fine. Sometimes, leather shoes might feel a bit tight at first, but they'll stretch out and fit better with time. We also have a size guide to help you find the right size for your feet.

• We have FREE shipping within India on prepaid orders.
• We also accept orders on COD.

We use standard US & EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However If you want to swap your pairs for another size or another design you may ship it to HOUSE OF VITTI, 13/7, Lower Ground Floor, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008 within 30 Days in its original box packing and the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice as well. You may also mail us on care@houseofvitti.com for the same. We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.

YOU MAY GO THROUGH OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY IN DETAIL

• The best way to take care of your shoes is to store them in a muslin bag provided to protect them from dust and to retain their shine. We use the softest leather but to avoid shoe biting or to soften them more you may apply mustard oil.
• All the embellishments have been intact carefully.
• Some of our shoes come with an extra pack of embellishments in case any embellishment falls off.
